In its sixth year, the DACHSER Asia Pacific Management Trainee program has proven to be a valuable pipeline to hone future leaders. Rooted in DACHSER's six values of entrepreneurship and the courage to innovate, inclusive responsibility, sustainability, loyalty and commitment, integrity and honesty, as well as openness and respect, the program is designed to empower young talent with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to excel in the logistics industry.
Well-structured program building excellence
The initiative offers a structured curriculum that combines training, hands-on experience, and exposure to various departments within the Asia Pacific organization. This ensures trainees acquire a well-rounded understanding of air and sea logistics operations, business development, supply chain management, tender management and more.

DACHSER continues to provide highly efficient transport solutions to its valued customers in India
The dedicated rake of containers carrying aluminum silos to be used in the petrochemical industry were imported from the Netherlands and are a part of a three month long project, expected to be completed by September 2019. Around 350 FEUs are estimated to be shipped over this period of time. The containers were shipped from the Netherlands to Mundra Port where it gets loaded onto the train to Ludhiana ICD and covered their last leg to the destination by truck.
With the acquisition of Brummer, the partner in the European Food Network for the transport of temperature-controlled food between Germany, Austria, and neighboring countries, DACHSER is strengthening its network for the transport and storage of food in Europe.
DACHSER has acquired ACA International headquartered in Melbourne, Australia. This acquisition means DACHSER’s own air and sea freight network now also covers Australia and New Zealand, countries that are not only economically strong but also closely interlinked with Asia, Europe, and North America.
